Hi! I'm Daniel Felkins. I help investors manage, buy/sell and profit from short term and long term rental properties. Many people are interested in trying out "Airbnb" but aren't sure where to start. For the past 8 years my company, Habitué, has hosted over 4,000 guests on Airbnb, VRBO and similar listing sites. We have over 2,500 reviews on Airbnb with a 4.9 out of 5 guest review rating. We manage over $40M in properties and have helped small and large investors maximize their return on investment. I'm husband to a wonderful wife, father to two adventurous boys and when I'm not crunching numbers, I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, music and exploring the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. I serve on the board at Radio Boise and host an early morning music show on Monday mornings. I also work as a manager at the Treefort Music Festival in March.
