  • What is Our Mission?

  • How do I make a reservation?

    For your convenience, you can create a reservation using our online booking system or over the phone with one of our reservations agents at (208) 421-9551. Once we confirm the details of your reservation, we will prepare a short term rental agreement and email it to you. We require 50% of the total payment due at the time of booking in order to reserve your requested property. Please note that no reservation is confirmed until we receive BOTH the signed rental agreement and 50% of your total payment. The remaining 50% balance is due upon your arrival date.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We offer two policies including a Cancel for Any Reason policy. These policies will protect your stay in the event of an unforeseen event and make sure you are not impacted by the cancellation policies listed below.


    If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before the first day of the reservation we refund the deposit less a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).


    If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before occupancy we will make every attempt to “rebook” the reservation. If we are able to re-rent all of the dates at full price we will refund the deposit less a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, we may re-rent the property at a discounted rate in order to secure a last-minute reservation. In this case, we will provide a prorated refund based on the newly discounted rate minus a 4% processing fee and the $250 cancellation fee.


    If we are unable to re-rent the property and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.


    Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.


    Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Idaho Hotel Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

  • What is the check-in & check-out procedure?

    It is a self check-in and check out. This means that you are free to arrive at the property anytime after 4PM on your arrival date and check out anytime before 10AM on your departure date. Although we inspect the property after each departure, we encourage you to inspect the property when you arrive to ensure that there was no major damage done by the previous guests that you could be held responsible for. If you do notice any serious damage done to the property, please contact us right away. Each property has individual check in details, which will be emailed to approximately one week prior to your arrival date.

  • Is the property pet-friendly?

    Most of our properties are pet-friendly; however, please inquire about the specific property you are interested in to be sure. If you do choose to bring your pet you are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking), picking up any pet waste and if leaving the pet unattended ensuring they are in a kennel/carrier. If pet waste is left after your stay, you are responsible for an additional $35 cleaning fee. You are also responsible for any pet damage (stained carpet, etc).

  • Can I host an event at a property?

    Each property is individually owned and it is at the owner’s discretion to allow any “event” hosted at the property during your stay. Events include but are not limited to: wedding ceremonies/ receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, and any other large gathering that exceeds the predetermined maximum occupancy of each individual property. All events must be pre-approved prior to reservation confirmation. Failure to do so will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

  • Acceptance of Terms

    Any monies received by Habitué for occupancy of a vacation property indicates the acceptance of the terms of our vacation rental agreement in full. All policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all Guests and members of their party to be familiar with all policies pertaining to rental.
