The Space As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that flood the home with natural light—true to the spirit of Casa Vida Sol—while showcasing the surrounding foothills. The main living area seamlessly blends comfort and function, featuring a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, glass-top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials you need. The dining table seats six, with two additional seats at the kitchen island—perfect for shared meals and conversation. The living room invites you to unwind with a large Roku TV, cozy electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the wrap-around porch, where indoor-outdoor living truly shines. Enjoy the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, dine al fresco, or simply take in the peaceful views overlooking the pool and surrounding landscape. Bedrooms & Layout Main Level: A private bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also features direct access to the wrap-around porch—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. A half bath is also located on this level. Upper Level (Primary Suite): The entire top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, offering privacy and a luxurious feel. It includes a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double vanity, double-headed shower, and a relaxing circular soaking tub. At the top of the stairs, you'll also find a ping pong table and a dedicated space with yoga mats for stretching or a peaceful workout. Lower Level: Designed for comfort and entertainment, the lower level includes: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one with a large walk-in closet) A full bathroom with double vanity, tub, and shower A queen-sized fold-out sofa for additional sleeping space A second living area with Roku TV and board games Laundry room with washer and dryer Sliding glass doors open to another outdoor seating area with beautiful foothill views and direct access to the sauna, pool, and hot tub. Romantic getaways! *Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. * No more than 10–12 people may be on the property at any one time, with a maximum of 10 overnight guests. Any additional guests require prior approval. Parking is limited to a maximum of 5 VEHICLES. * Please park only in the gravel driveway and along the right side of the home and cement driveway in front of the garage. A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed on the property at any time. Absolutely NO OVERFLOW PARKING is permitted on the easement between the concrete driveway and the blacktop road leading to the property (see listing pics). *Events or content creation activities of any kind—including baby showers, receptions, birthday parties, photo shoots, filming, and social media/video production—are not permitted. Unauthorized events or productions will result in a minimum $1,500 charge and immediate removal from the property. Additional charges for damage may also apply. *We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaners' schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not check out by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay. *This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of ANY variety is found. *Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion. *NO PETS allowed. If any unauthorized pets are discovered, they will need to be immediately removed, and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply. *Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil-based makeup and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens. *If your stay is longer than 30 nights, linen service and more frequent cleanings are available if you would like. *Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors. *If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest, you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
