The Retro Classic Description
The Retro Classic at 1408 Grant Street is a fully furnished, pet friendly 3 bedroom, 1 ¾ bath, with a fully fenced back yard, a charming gray and white house in the 50s building style, and hiding a beautiful old tree in the back yard. It's location is really ideal for anyone wanting easy access to the heart of old Boise or the excitement of BSU. It's just a block from Broadway, and a couple of blocks from Boise Avenue, but fully removed from the bustle of those thoroughfares in a historic neighborhood. It is just a quick 2-minute walk from the flagship Albertsons, and super close to downtown.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a full bed, closet, and dresser, with easy access to the full bath in the hall. The upstairs master bedroom is roomy and has a queen bed, as well as a closet and dresser, and a small bathroom with toilet, pedestal sink, and stall shower.
The main level includes 2 living areas, a full kitchen, a dining room with access to outdoor dining on the back patio, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a Roku TV in the 2nd living area. The home includes a selection of games and toys, and pet accessories (pet dishes and a pet bed).
The owners of The Retro Classic enjoyed their time in this home and are excited to see it filled once again with a family who loves Boise! 1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed, please ask if you have more than two. Our dog fee is $45 per dog for the entire stay. Cats are not allowed.
House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 10 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 6 occupants overnight.
*We offer late check out and early check in for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really messes up our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest’s stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest, you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500.
