The Noble Estate Description
This is a truly magnificent home located in the most popular historic neighborhood in Boise. Very high taste is found through this home that was meticulously updated to make your stay incredibly comfortable and functional.
The large front porch is the perfect spot for neighborhood watching with a cup of coffee or frosty brew. Just inside the front door are stairs leading up to the master bedroom, a bathroom with separate shower and delightful claw foot tub and a 2nd bedroom.
On the main level is the living room, dining room, private office (with super fast Wi-Fi), gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, gas stove, high quality cookware and everything you need to prepare outstanding meals. Also on this floor is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a large pantry for easy storage.
Just past the kitchen is a large wall of windows and a door leading outside. Before the outside door, are stairs leading down to the basement level. The basement has full egress windows with a large bedroom suite that has a queen size bed, couch, desk area and bathroom with shower.
The back deck and patio are one of our favorite parts of this home! Large grill with sink and counter make it super easy to make outdoor meals and the seating makes for a very relaxing and comfortable setting as the sun sets through the trees to the west.
Couple of things to note:
a) there is a one bedroom apartment over the garage that will also be rented by short term guests. They have a private entrance on the side of the garage and there should be minimal interaction. This space is available to rent along with the main house if you are looking for a little bit more room.
b) the garage is not available for guest use
c) no pets allowed
House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 10 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 6 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*No pets of any kind are allowed. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest’s stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
