The Wildrye Description
This beautifully updated townhouse is located in Boise's Northwest Collister neighborhood. This is a great place for your group to launch all your adventures from! Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes you need. Morning coffee on the balcony or just down the street at a great local coffee shop Caffeina Roasting Company (2 min drive). Then its off to mountain bike Pole Cat trail (an easy ride up Collister or 2 min drive), take a family walk on the Boise Greenbelt (5 min drive to Veterans Memorial Park), play at Camel's Back park (10 min drive) or one of the other many many choices Boise has to offer. One well behaved, less than 40 lb. dog is allowed Our dog fee is $45 for the entire stay. Cats are not allowed.
The home is setup with a 2 car garage that you're welcome to use on the ground floor. When you walk in the entrance if you go down the hallway past the stairs there is a bedroom with a full size bed, access to the backyard patio space, a bathroom with a walk in shower and a full size washer and dryer tucked under the stairs. Up the stairs you will land in the open living room with gas fireplace, large screen TV, super fast wifi, kitchen, dining room and balcony. The kitchen has brand new full size appliances and everything you need to make great meals during your stay. Down the hallway there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a full size bed, TV and balcony. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a full size bed. All linens are provided along with supplies to get you started (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bathroom tissue, etc).
The Collister Neighborhood is classic family neighborhood with several small parks and a number of businesses located largely in the business corridor on State Street. This home is roughly 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store (Albertsons or Walmart on State Street & Gary Lane). Down Collister, you will find a skating rink, local library, coffee shops, etc.
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*Trash bins go to the curb Thursday nights for Friday am pick-up. All 3 bins must be stored in the garage any other times, per HOA rules. On weeks when Monday is a holiday trash goes out on Friday night for Saturday morning pick up.
*There cannot be more than 10 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 6 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring.
*One dog less than 40 lbs. is acceptable. No other pets allowed. If discovered any pets beyond one dog will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest’s stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
